A leading client is looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee planning and execution across various sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety while effectively managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication.
What is expected of you?

Lead end to end project delivery: planning, scheduling, execution, and resource coordination

Oversee site teams, ensuring high productivity, safety, and efficient resource allocation

Manage client relationships with clear communication and high satisfaction focus

Chair project meetings and drive stakeholder alignment

Control project costs, labour allocation, and ensure budgets are maintained

Track progress, variations, and claims in line with contracts and BOQs
-
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and dashboards

Ensure compliance with quality standards, audits, and continuous improvement practices

Enforce HSE standards, resolving incidents and ensuring safe site operations

Mentor teams, drive performance, and foster a strong, accountable work culture
What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience as project coordinator / Project management
-
Hands-on experience in construction industry or similar.

Relevant qualifications in Project management or similar are advantageous.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple teams effectively
-
Strong commitment to health & safety, quality, and environmental standard

Valid driving license.
