Looking to lead complex MEP projects from concept to completion with real impact? One of our top clients is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while managing stakeholders, resources, and risk effectively.
What's expected of you?
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with specifications and standards
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
- Lead on-site execution of MEP works
- Track progress, identify deviations, and take corrective action where needed
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, regular updates
- Manage and support project engineers, estimators, site teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure all MEP installations meet design drawings, local regulations, and international standards
- Carry out quality inspections, coordinate testing, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Take ownership of handover documentation and final project acceptance
- Monitor project costs and control spend in line with budget
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and variations
- Support claims, change orders, and contract negotiations
- Regular presence required across project sites
- Report directly to the Senior Project Manager
- Oversee Project Coordinators, Foremen, and Supervisors
- Lead project teams (including estimators and draftsmen) depending on project scope and size
What are you expected to bring?
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
- License A/B in Electrical Installation (preferred but not mandatory)
- Project Management qualification is preferred
- Previous experience as Project Manager
- Driving License
