What's expected of you?
- Lead day-to-day execution of assigned MEP projects
- Manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and technical documentation
- Ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and on-time completion
- Oversee manpower planning, site allocations, and operational scheduling
- Anticipate resource bottlenecks and align site needs with business priorities
- Support mobilization and demobilization activities across multiple projects
What are you expected to bring?
- 5–7+ years’ proven experience in construction project delivery (MEP preferred)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Skilled in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or Excel)
- Proactive communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
- PMP certification (or equivalent) desirable
