What is expected of you?

Lead and manage road construction and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.

Monitor budgets and control project costs to prevent overruns and ensure financial accountability.

Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Review and approve technical documentation, including design drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

Proactively identify and address project risks, delays, and issues, reporting progress to senior management.
What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a similar field

Demonstrated success in delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

In-depth knowledge of Maltese construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Maltese is an asset.
