Our client, a well established company in Malta, is currently seeking a Project Support & Technical Specialist to provide essential technical and coordination support across their diverse project portfolio.
What is expected of you?

Provide technical input and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design phases to final execution

Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks

Assist in the preparation of comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders

Conduct on site inspections and provide technical assistance as required, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards
-
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project alignment and communication
-
Support the project manager in monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies

Maintain accurate project records and documentation, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and technical standards within the organisation
What are you expected to bring?

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline

Proven practical experience and strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Systems
-
Demonstrable experience in a project coordination or technical support capacity

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
-
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, in office and on site environments
-
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite
-
A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various project sites across Malta

Familiarity with specific project management methodologies or software
-
Experience with CAD software for electrical design

Further certifications in project management or electrical safety
