We’re working in partnership with a leading organisation to hire a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and upkeep of various properties and condominiums, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
What’s expected of you?
• Manage a portfolio of condominiums
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements
• Ensure common areas are maintained to a high standard within agreed budgets
• Prepare maintenance schedules and obtain quotations for required works
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and maintenance works
• Monitor the quality, progress, and completion of contracted works
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance and repair issues
• Prepare inspection, maintenance, and works reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and service providers as required
• Ensure properties are well maintained and issues are addressed promptly
What are you expected to bring?
• Previous experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Management, or a similar role. Experience within the hospitality sector would be an asset
• Experience managing properties and coordinating maintenance works
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and contractor management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A valid driving licence is preferred
