Step into a key role ensuring excellence on every project. A leading company in Malta is seeking a skilled QA/QC Inspector to oversee quality control, conduct site inspections, monitor materials and works, and ensure projects meet the highest standards from start to finish.
What is expected of you?

Support the QA/QC Engineer in daily site inspections and quality control activities.

Perform fresh concrete checks, including slump, temperature, sampling, and overall compliance.

Inspect rebar, formwork, waterproofing, and other construction works to ensure standards are met.

Carry out material receiving inspections and report any non-conformities.

Maintain organized QC documentation, including forms, test results, photos, and reports.

Assist during inspections with consultants and employer representatives.

Identify and document site non-conformities and support the preparation and follow-up of NCRs.

Ensure all works comply with approved Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Procedures.
What are you expected to bring?

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. (preferred but not mandatory).

Hands-on or willing to gain experience on active construction sites.

Basic knowledge of quality control, concrete testing, and site inspections is a plus.

Strong English communication skills.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and confident in dynamic site environments.

Team player with ability to prepare clear, concise reports.
