We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Administrator for one of our top clients. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process, supporting both customers and internal teams. What is expected of you?
- Monitor and manage daily reservations to ensure accuracy and availability
- Insert, update, and bill reservations in the system promptly and correctly
- Maintain the PMS (Property Management System) in line with the company’s sales objectives and strategies
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to confirm, modify, or cancel bookings as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or issues related to reservations
- Generate and review reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue when required
- Administer payroll tasks, including checking and verifying employee clocking data
- Assist with work permit applications and related administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in reservations, administration, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
