Join a key role at the heart of guest experience. A leading hospitality company in Malta is seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to manage bookings, support guests throughout the reservation process, and contribute to maximizing occupancy and sales opportunities.
What is expected of you?

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all bookings and rooming lists.

Assist in allocating rooms to meet guest needs while maximizing occupancy and revenue, coordinating with Front Desk and Sales to manage overbookings.

Handle and promote bookings for supplementary services such as taxis, car hire, food packs, and spa treatments, including invoicing and confirmations.

Conduct a daily review of next-day arrivals to identify and correct any reservation errors.

Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services and local attractions, sharing information within the team.

Reply to all inquiries, leads, and correspondence within 24 hours.

Maintain excellent internal and external communication and support Front Office when needed.

Assist the Sales Team with guest greetings, meetings, and any additional tasks related to the role.
What are you expected to bring

Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Must be eager to learn, flexible, and able to work well in a team and under pressure.

Knowledge of Opera is considered an asset.
