What is expected of you?
- Act as an indoor sales consultant, engaging with customers and recommending suitable solutions based on their needs
- Provide detailed product information and expert guidance throughout the sales process
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer enquiries to drive sales and secure business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Support the daily organisation and presentation of the showroom and retail space
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports using CRM systems
- Stay informed about new products, industry developments, and market trends through ongoing training
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and target-driven approach to sales
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Maltese
