What is expected of you?
• Promote and sell the company's products and services while identifying upselling opportunities
• Process travel card sales, top-ups, and cash transactions accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers and resolving queries professionally
• Balance and reconcile daily sales in line with company procedures
• Maintain adequate stock levels and submit accurate periodical reports as may be required from time to time
• Stay up to date with products, services, and promotional campaigns
• Represent the company professionally by maintaining a positive image and high standards of personal presentation
• Support the team with additional duties as required to meet business needs
What are you expected to bring?
• Ordinary Level education in Mathematics
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese preferred
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role would be considered an asset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A proactive and target-driven approach with excellent organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and remain motivated to achieve sales targets
• Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
