We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to join a growing radio and digital media organisation. You’ll build strong client relationships, create impactful campaigns, and play a key role in driving revenue across innovative advertising platforms, all within a dynamic, collaborative team.
What is expected of you?

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and advertising agencies, becoming a trusted advisor for their marketing needs

Understand client objectives and develop tailored radio and digital advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Monitor campaign performance, provide client updates, and recommend improvements

Negotiate contracts, close deals confidently, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes and timely payments
What are you expected to bring?

Experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field

Fluency in both Maltese and English

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive and self-driven approach with the ability to work independently

Own transport is required
