Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own sales pipeline, work with innovative technology and AI solutions, and play a key role in driving business growth within a fast-paced environment.
What is expected of you?
- Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities in line with agreed sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline
- Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients
- Meet clients both remotely and on-site across Malta to develop long-term business relationships
- Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity reports, and sales forecasts
- Work closely with the Sales Coordinator on quotations, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within the Technology, SaaS, or AI sectors
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system
- Knowledge of the Maltese and European markets would be considered an asset
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites across Malta
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an asset
