Are you a self motivated, target-driven professional sales representative? Ceek Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client, seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive HVAC and AE sales. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, securing new business and impeccable customer service
What is expected of you?
- Develop and manage new client relationships, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriately sized and specified HVAC and AE systems
- Prepare accurate, detailed quotations and follow through to secure orders
- Generate new business while maintaining and growing existing client accounts
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle
- Promote and uphold the company’s brand, image, and professional standards in the market
- Participate in ongoing internal and supplier training to enhance technical and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to achieve shared targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, contracts, and sales activities
- Keep pricing, reports, and supplier documentation updated to ensure competitive and compliant proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth contract execution and project delivery
- Monitor order progress and provide clients with regular updates on project status
- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring relevant information is communicated internally
- Prepare reports following client meetings and site visits
- Follow up on all submitted quotations within 48 hours, reporting any delays to the Sales Manager
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately during periods of absence to ensure continuity
- Undertake any additional duties as required by management
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within HVAC, AE, or the building services industry
- Strong ability to assess client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Experience preparing accurate quotations and following up to secure business
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and reports
- A proactive approach to following up enquiries and progressing opportunities
- Confidence in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service
- Willingness to participate in ongoing product and technical training
