What is expected of you?
- Own the sales function from pipeline generation through to commercial execution
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, including sourcing, qualification, forecasting, and conversion
- Personally lead and close key client opportunities across Malta
- Manage and develop the internal sales team, providing guidance and support
- Work closely with senior leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and quarterly KPIs
- Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns with the external marketing agency
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reliable sales forecasts
- Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry expos
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider technology portfolio
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within Technology, SaaS, or AI
- A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, negotiation, and deal structuring
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Confidence working autonomously within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Malta
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an asset

- Build a repeatable and well-qualified sales pipeline
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and activity targets
- Establish strong sales processes and maintain CRM discipline across the team
