What is expected of you?

Develop and manage relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, retailers, and key stakeholders.

Identify and convert new business opportunities, ensuring market penetration and customer retention.

Achieve sales targets through structured planning and proactive territory management.

Coordinate with Distribution to ensure product quality, availability, and stock rotation.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and support marketing initiatives, tastings, and merchandising.

Represent the MDP brand professionally, maintaining high service and integrity standards.
What are you expected to bring?

Proven FMCG sales experience, preferably in food, beverage, or dairy.

Strong knowledge of the Maltese HORECA market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Maltese and English.

Target driven, organised, and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; clean driving licence, own transport an advantage.
