We’re seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to support and develop our Sales Department within a growing radio and digital media organisation. You’ll drive team performance, shape sales strategy, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, playing a key role in delivering revenue growth and building a strong, results-driven culture.
What is expected of you?

Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Monitor daily sales activity through the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and structured performance feedback to team members

Report directly to the Station Director, sharing key updates, risks, and opportunities

Collaborate closely with Production, Accounts, and Scheduling teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

Support the recovery of outstanding client payments when required

Oversee the execution and delivery of client agreements, including barter deals

Contribute to sales strategy, identifying growth opportunities and market trends

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and efficiency

Maintain a positive, professional, and high-performance team environment

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a sales environment
