What is expected of you?
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day requests from a portfolio of corporate clients
- Apply Maltese company law, statutory obligations and regulatory requirements in a practical and client-focused manner
- Support clients by identifying legal, accounting and fiscal implications relevant to their business activities
- Participate in strategic discussions and gain an understanding of clients’ broader business objectives
- Attend client meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes and corporate documentation
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other professional service providers on behalf of clients
- Collect and verify due diligence documentation in line with KYC requirements
- Support and oversee junior members of the Corporate Services team
- What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience in a Corporate Services, Company Secretarial or similar role
- Good understanding of Maltese company law and company secretarial obligations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese, written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to a high standard
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- A professional, client-focused and proactive approach to work
