Are you ready to make an impact in the engineering sector? We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Specialist to lead the design and delivery of electrical and low-current systems projects, provide technical expertise, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions.
What is expected of you?

Design and deliver electrical and low-current systems projects from concept to execution

Prepare technical documentation, layouts, single-line & multi-line diagrams for power and automation systems

Perform sizing calculations for medium- and low-voltage electrical networks

Design ordinary and emergency lighting systems

Prepare bills of quantities, material take-offs, and technical reports
-
Request, evaluate, and align supplier quotations from both technical and commercial perspectives

Conduct site inspections, field surveys, and ensure project compliance

Coordinate with electrical specialists, drafters, and external suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
What are you expected to bring?
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
-
Must hold a valid Maltese Electrical Engineering Warrant
-
Experience in technical design offices, engineering companies, or EPCM project environments
-
Background in industrial and/or pharmaceutical projects is considered an asset
-
Strong knowledge of electrical and low-current systems, electrical construction technologies, and Good Engineering Practices (GEP)

Familiarity with Maltese electrical regulations and standards
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autodesk AutoCAD; knowledge of Autodesk Revit is an advantage

Strong communication, coordination, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Fluent English, Italian and additional languages are considered an asset, together with a valid Category B driving licence
