- Independently lead complex analyses with minimal supervision
- Develop advanced financial and economic models to evaluate projects
- Assess regulatory and policy changes and their potential impact on clients
- Prepare comprehensive reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth market and sector research, including forecasting trends
- Maintain high technical standards across all deliverables
- Address technical queries and clearly explain methodologies to stakeholders
- Provide data-driven insights to support proposals and procurement initiatives
- Advise on public procurement processes, including strategy development, tender documentation, evaluation approaches, and compliance
What are you expected to bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Social Policy, Public Policy, or a related discipline
- 3–4 years’ experience in consulting or advisory roles
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven record of delivering successful client engagements
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of public sector operations, EU funding mechanisms, and regulatory environments (desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
