Our client, a well established organisation within the finance sector, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead their financial operations and contribute to their continued growth and success.
What is expected of you?
- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, including IFRS.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting key business decisions.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital effectively.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports to stakeholders.
What are you expected to bring?
- Possess a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA.
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance management position.
- Exhibit strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Possess in depth knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.
- Show proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Have excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Be proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
