This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders while contributing to the ongoing development of financial controls, processes, and business performance reporting.
What is expected of you?
- Prepare monthly management accounts and support the month-end close process
- Prepare statutory financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory submissions
- Assist with treasury management activities and financial analysis
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Prepare KPI reports, reconciliations, and financial performance analysis
- Coordinate and assist with both internal and external audit processes
- Support finance and compliance-related projects across the organisation
- Review, enhance, and maintain internal controls and financial processes
- Liaise with internal teams regarding day-to-day financial operations and administration
- Collaborate with group entities on reporting requirements, reconciliations, and financial queries
- Undertake ad hoc financial and compliance-related reporting as required by management
What are you expected to bring?
- ACCA qualification or equivalent professional qualification
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience within the insurance sector will be considered an asset
