What is expected of you?
- Prepares and processes client payments, including obtaining supporting documentation, securing signatory approvals, and ensuring same-day turnaround
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including bank statements, payment instructions, and client communications, both electronically and in hard copy
- Assists with monthly and quarterly billing processes, including invoice preparation and reconciliation, administration fees, and disbursements
- Supports incoming and outgoing fund management by obtaining necessary documentation, liaising with banks, and resolving related queries
- Responds to client requests and queries regarding payments, invoices, and transactions, ensuring timely communication and updates
- Implements administrative procedures to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with money laundering and risk mitigation policies
- Assists in setting up and organizing new client files and maintaining verification processes, such as code card management
- Collaborates with team members and management on special projects and pending matters, ensuring consistent follow-up and resolution
- Ensures high standards of service delivery, contributing to positive client and banking partner feedback

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
