What is expected of you?

Support the Project Lead in overall project coordination, planning, and decision-making.

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure works progress safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Lead and supervise site teams, including foremen and operatives, to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

Plan and coordinate materials, plant, logistics, and resources to avoid delays and disruptions.

Monitor progress, workmanship, and performance, identifying efficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Resolve technical and site-related challenges through proactive problem-solving and coordination.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams, maintaining accurate site records and reports.
