This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and knows how to balance guest experience, people leadership, and commercial results. You will be trusted with significant operational responsibility while working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and uphold brand standards.
What is expected of you?

Take full operational ownership of three hospitality outlets, ensuring strong commercial and service performance across all locations

Drive sustainable year-on-year growth in covers, sales, and overall profitability

Lead the venues to achieve strong sales results within a competitive market

Translate brand values into daily operations, ensuring consistency across systems, processes, product, and service delivery

Set clear direction by identifying what is working, what needs improvement, and where opportunities exist

Build, inspire, and align management and operational teams around shared goals and a guest-first mindset

Develop a strong service culture that delivers memorable guest experiences every day

Monitor performance against KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and hold teams accountable for results

Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring new procedures and company projects are implemented smoothly

Actively manage guest feedback across all channels, including online platforms and social media

Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent, supporting career progression and long-term engagement
What are you expected to bring?

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience within the hospitality industry, including hands-on operational leadership

Proven experience managing high-volume restaurant or bar operations; multi-outlet experience is a strong advantage

Strong people leadership skills with a practical, hands-on management style

Solid commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance data and act decisively

Excellent communication skills with confidence working across teams and stakeholders

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
