What is expected of you?

Log and update all customer queries, requests, complaints, and transactions accurately in the system.

Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure consistent vehicle maintenance and satisfaction.

Follow up on service requests, complaints, and pending job cards, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary.

Promote company products and services while identifying opportunities to grow service sales.

Handle billing and cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments for services and parts are collected.

Inspect vehicles before intake and prior to handover, ensuring proper condition and documentation.

Ensure warranty policies are followed and guide mechanics on authorized repair work.
