What's expected of you?
- Develop and implement a social media strategy for multiple 5-star luxury properties, aligned with brand goals
- Identify trends and opportunities to grow the brand’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Build and engage a high-value social media audience, fostering relationships with influencers and brand advocates
- Create and curate high-quality visual and written content that reflects the luxury brand’s identity
- Lead storytelling to showcase guest experiences, property highlights, and exclusive events
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce engaging content
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including seasonal promotions and influencer partnerships
- Coordinate with marketing, PR, and events teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Engage authentically with the audience by managing comments, messages, and feedback
- Monitor social media conversations and work with guest relations to address inquiries
- Analyze performance data to optimize content and campaigns for better results
- Report regularly to senior management on social media metrics and strategies
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to improve brand presence
- Manage influencer and content creator partnerships to boost visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and create compelling content
What are you expected to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Over 5 years of social media management experience, preferably within luxury brands, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven skills in content creation, including photography, video production, and editing, backed by a strong portfolio of luxury or travel-related work
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, best practices, tools, and analytics
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts tailored to a luxury audience
- Proficient with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar editing tools
- Strong visual sensibility with an eye for design, photography, and luxury branding aesthetics
- Experience in influencer marketing, including managing partnerships and campaigns
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various hotel properties for content creation and on-site social media activities
