Keen to join a leading group of companies? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stores Manager to lead and coordinate daily warehousing operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe handling, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
What’s expected of you?
• Oversee daily operations of stores and warehouses across multiple sites
• Maintain accurate inventory systems and stock controls
• Supervise storekeepers, delivery staff, and warehouse teams
• Ensure safe, organized storage and compliance with procedures
• Monitor stock levels to meet project timelines
• Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and logistics
• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing goods
• Keep accurate records of inventory movements and returns
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
• Conduct stocktakes, audits, and inventory reports
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and space utilization
What are you expected to bring?
• Diploma or certification in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field (MQF Level 4+ preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse or store management, ideally within the construction, MEP, or technical services sector
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse procedures
• Experience using warehouse or ERP software
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
• Forklift license or relevant certification will be considered an asset
