What is expected of you?
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management for various roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using multiple channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment expertise.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System ATS with accurate candidate information and progress.
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the Finance sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and various recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with the Maltese job market and local recruitment landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
