What is expected of you?
- Identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements
- Provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments
- Screen prospective candidates
- Produce both adverts and job descriptions, and place on social media platforms
- Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with relevant legislation
- Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive service
- Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within your sector
- Agree and deliver against candidate service levels
- Provide full administration support, including database management
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and news
What are you expected to bring?
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer care
- Ability to engage with candidates and clients at all levels
- Team player with a desire to learn and be coached
- Good knowledge and understanding of social media
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
