What is expected of you?

Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.

Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs as needed.

Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Maintain maintenance records and manage tools, equipment, and inventory.

Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Enforce health, safety, environmental, and GMP/HACCP compliance.

Support continuous improvement and ensure KPIs, quality standards, and production targets are met.
What are you expected to bring?

Diploma-level qualification (or equivalent).

Demonstrated background in leading technical functions within a manufacturing or production environment.

Previous experience working in a food manufacturing facility.

Excellent command of written and spoken English
