One of our lead clients is seeking a Technical Sales Solutions Engineer to support bid preparation and deliver tailored solutions for specialised safety and building protection systems. This role combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus, working closely with the Commercial Department within a dynamic engineering team.
What's expected of you?
- Design cost-effective solutions that meet client needs and budgets
- Develop and deliver competitive proposals, ensuring all tender requirements are addressed
- Conduct value-engineering and site assessments to optimise project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, SOPs, and quality regulations
- Lead internal teams, maintain high service standards, and provide constructive feedback
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
What are you expected to bring?
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Maltese engineering warrant holder, or actively working towards it, preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Experience in safety and security systems preferred
- Valid Maltese driving licence
