What is expected of you?
- Perform expert-level maintenance on plant and machinery, setting the bar for quality and efficiency
- Tackle electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic overhauls, all in compliance with industry regulations and workmanship standards
- Become an indispensable part of multiple manufacturing projects
- Solve complex technical challenges using lean methodology and advanced equipment
- Operate plant machinery, monitoring performance, and conducting inspections
- Develop testing and inspection methods, to ensure high quality production, ad embrace a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain highest level of safety, housekeeping, quality and accurate records at all times
What are you expected to bring?
- Hold a minimum of an MQF Level 4/5 qualification in Manufacturing/Engineering, backed by real-world industry experience
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills in English
- Be ICT proficent
- Be flexible and ready to embrace a 24-hour shift roster, ensuring seamless operations
