This hands-on role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and control systems. What's expected of you?
- Transport, organize, and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring all are in good condition and safely stored. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Deliver high-quality workmanship, adhere to all safety protocols, and participate in safety meetings and training
- Commission and diagnose HVAC, VRF, and control systems, including troubleshooting BMS and steam systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, ensuring systems are correctly interlocked and commissioned as per contract
- Complete and submit commissioning reports, job sheets, and timesheets accurately and promptly
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, promoting teamwork and skill-sharing to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Organize tools, materials, and resources for each job, assisting with work planning and client relationship management
- Maintain safety, discipline, and support the team in additional tasks as assigned
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Possess an Electrical Licence A or B (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring junior technicians
