What is expected of you?
- Design, deliver, and manage brand-specific training programmes across all employee levels.
- Develop and implement an annual training plan aligned with business needs, covering areas such as Health & Safety, HACCP, induction, and service standards.
- Deliver and monitor safety and compliance training, ensuring adherence to legal and company regulations.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and re-training sessions based on observations and guest feedback.
- Manage and enhance the onboarding and induction process to ensure consistency across all departments.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with HR and department heads to identify learning needs and support talent development.
- Maintain accurate training records and handle all administrative aspects of training delivery.
- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective implementation of programmes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, development, and compliance throughout the organisation.
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-end restaurants or hospitality operations.
- Strong understanding of how training impacts business performance and service excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of another European language is considered an asset.
- Relevant qualifications in training, hospitality, or compliance.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong time management and coaching skills.
- Conformity to professional grooming and presentation standards.
