Are you a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator who thrives on keeping business operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to support our teams, streamline processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in supporting internal teams and maintaining effective systems and processes. You’ll work closely with management, trainers, and clients to ensure everything runs efficiently and accurately.
What's expected of you?
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks across teams, including reporting, documentation, and scheduling
- Coordinate internal processes to help teams effectively use systems for sales, client management, and follow-ups
- Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
- Work closely with management to identify system improvements and optimise processes
- Act as the first point of contact for trainers and clients
What are you expected to bring?
- Previous experience working with Odoo or other CRM platforms
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to generate reports, manage data, and improve workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement process improvements
