VIP Manager - Swedish Market - Malta

Ready to take ownership of VIP relationships and deliver a premium player experience in a fast-paced iGaming environment? A leading operator is seeking a VIP Manager for the Swedish market to manage high-value players, drive engagement and retention, and maximise lifetime value through personalised service and proactive account management.
 
What is expected of you?
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with VIP players to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Manage a portfolio of high value accounts with personalised offers and premium support
  • Analyse player behaviour to identify VIP opportunities and churn risks
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, Payments, and Support teams for a seamless experience
  • Monitor activity and proactively intervene to reduce churn
  • Handle VIP payment processes and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming, AML, and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver performance reports and re-engage inactive VIP players through targeted campaigns
 
What are you expected to bring?
  • 2+ years’ experience in VIP, account, or relationship management within iGaming (Swedish market experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of online casino and/or sportsbook products and player behaviour
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Professional, discreet, and able to perform in a fast-paced, flexible working environment
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required
  • German language skills are a plus
