What Is Expected from You
- Participate in the installation, operation, and maintenance of fixed telephony SIP/cloud platforms and IP networks.
- Ensure reliable delivery of VoIP services to residential and business customers.
- Research, recommend, and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues and apply timely corrective actions.
- Introduce and maintain new equipment as part of the core networks infrastructure.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support operational decisions.
- Monitor technical reports and system performance metrics.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver internal training sessions.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and progress of the team
What You Are Expected to Bring
- A degree-level qualification in ICT, IT, networking, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred; however, junior candidates and those with NOC experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge and practical experience with SIP protocols.
- Familiarity with Cisco equipment and networking fundamentals.
- Strong teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and a results-driven mindset.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- A valid driving license.
