What is expected of you?

• Take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), ensuring strong performance, accurate tracking, and effective budget management
• Build, manage, and scale Search campaigns, including keyword research, bid strategies, ad testing, and query expansion
• Track and optimize core KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, impression share, and overall traffic quality
• Keep accounts well-structured and scalable, including keyword organisation, match types, negative keywords, RSAs, extensions, and landing pages
